NOTICE

A school tuition organization cannot award, restrict or reserve scholarships solely 
on the basis of donor recommendations. A taxpayer may not claim a tax credit 
if the taxpayer agrees to swap donations with another taxpayer to benefit either taxpayer's own dependent.
